Well after a lot of uncertainty and strife throughout recent months the time has finally come where we can at last open our doors to our members and guests.

We will initially open the clubhouse each Saturday and Sunday moving forward but subject to support and demand from our members   will determine extending opening hours to bank holidays, week nights and possibly organized events through the summer months, all of  which will be subject to strict adherence to the Covid guidelines at all times.

This Saturday is the final of the European Rugby Championship Cup between La Rochelle and Toulouse kick off 16.45hrs.  The club will open at 2pm and close at 10pm so it would be great if we could all make the effort to brush off the socializing  cobwebs and get together for a catch up and a few beers.

Usual Covid provisions will apply inside the club and written guidance/rules will be provided upon entry.  We expect all our members and guests to respect the Covid rules and respect our bar staff who will be doing their best to provide an efficient table service.

There is no pre-booking requirement in place. we will be operating on a first come first served basis but we have opened the lounge and there will be seating outside on the terrace and very soon the new beer garden will be open for use.

So lots to look forward to, fingers crossed, over the coming summer months and we will  be announcing events in due course and don't forget the Lions Tour!
