At this years AGM a Special Resolution will require all our members to vote. 

In furtherance to the Clubs newly incorporated status we have amended our Constitution/Rules to  accord with our new company management structure and associated new club rules.

In accordance with the existing Constitution/Rules the proposed new Constitution/Rules are now formerly publicised on the Club's website and can be located if you click on the heading "The Club" on the drop down menu click on to "Proposed Constitution/Rules".  Please read and consider the document and hopefully we will see you at the AGM on the 11th December at the Clubhouse, commencing 12pm.

If you are unable to attend this years AGM you can lodge an electronic proxy vote by emailing our Club Secretary Mr Jon Venners (jvenners.barryrfc@gmail.com).  Simply confirm in briefest possible terms your vote to accept or decline the newly proposed Constitution/Rules.
